Welcome to Chairleader Party Rental! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our site, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.
Acceptance of Terms
By renting products or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, as well as any additional policies referenced herein. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and changes will be effective upon posting.
Rental Services
- Products: We provide party rental items including chairs, tables, linens, catering supplies, staging, dividers, display props, and miscellaneous items.
- Availability: All rentals are subject to availability. Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of payment.
- Condition: Items are rented in good condition. You are responsible for returning them in the same condition.
Pricing and Payment
- Prices are listed exclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes will be added at checkout.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept payment via all major credit cards, checks, Zelle, or otherwise communicated
- Late returns or damages may incur additional fees.
Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the rental date to receive a refund (cancellation fees may apply).
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 48 hours of the rental date or for no-shows.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Delivery and Pickup
- Delivery and pickup dates/times are subject to scheduling. Additional fees may apply for late returns or failed deliveries.
- You are responsible for providing access to the delivery location and ensuring a safe drop-off area.
Liability
- Chairleader Party Rental is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage caused by the use of rented items.
- You assume full responsibility for the safe use of all rental products.
Intellectual Property
- All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Chairleader Party Rental and is protected by copyright law
